This Legal Notice governs the use of the Cue website, mobile application, software, APIs, and related digital infrastructure (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Cue Technologies (“Cue”, “Company”), registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Access to or use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Legal Notice.
1. Corporate Status and Platform Role
Cue operates solely as a technology infrastructure provider, facilitating reservation coordination between users and independent hospitality businesses (“Partners”).
Cue:
Does not own, manage, control, or operate any restaurant or venue
Is not a food service provider
Does not act as an agent, employee, or representative of any Partner
Does not supervise on-site services
All hospitality services are provided independently by the respective Partner.
Nothing contained on the Platform shall be construed as creating a joint venture, agency, employment, or partnership relationship between Cue and any Partner.
2. No Guarantee of Services
Cue does not guarantee:
Reservation approval
Table availability
Service quality
Pricing accuracy
Operational continuity of Partners
All reservation confirmations remain subject to Partner discretion and operational capacity.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Cue operates in accordance with applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including:
The Jordan Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
Applicable commercial and electronic transaction regulations
Users and Partners are independently responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, health regulations, licensing requirements, and business standards.
Cue does not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance of any Partner.
4. Intellectual Property and Platform Protection
All content, software architecture, automation systems, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology forming part of the Platform are the exclusive property of Cue.
Unauthorized activities including, but not limited to:
Reverse engineering
Scraping
Automated data extraction
Copying platform design
Replication of workflows
Circumvention of technical safeguards
are strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal legal action.
Cue reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted.
5. Limitation of Platform Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Cue shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or data
Personal injury, property damage, or service dissatisfaction occurring at Partner premises
System downtime or service interruption
Third-party acts or omissions
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Assumption of Risk
Users acknowledge that dining and hospitality services are provided independently by third parties and involve inherent operational risks.
All interactions with Partners occur at the User’s own risk.
7. Security and System Integrity
Cue employs commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard Platform integrity. However:
Internet-based services cannot guarantee absolute security
Transmission of data may be subject to risks beyond Cue’s control
Users assume responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
8. Force Majeure
Cue shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Governmental actions
Regulatory changes
Network outages
Cybersecurity incidents
Labor disputes
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Legal Notice is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Modifications
Cue reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
