Cue Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cue mobile application, website, software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, the user (“User”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
1.1 Cue provides a digital booking and coordination platform that enables Users to submit reservation requests to participating hospitality businesses (“Partners”).
1.2 Cue does not own, operate, control, or manage any restaurant, venue, or hospitality establishment.
1.3 Cue acts solely as a technology intermediary facilitating communication and structured reservation workflows between Users and Partners.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit reservations.
2.2 Cue reserves the right to verify identity and restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
3.3 Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.
3.4 Cue may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, abusive behavior, system interference, or violation of these Terms.
4. Reservation Requests
4.1 Reservations submitted through Cue constitute requests only and are not confirmed unless explicitly approved by the Partner.
4.2 Cue does not guarantee reservation approval, availability, service quality, pricing, or operational accuracy.
4.3 Cue is not responsible for Partner cancellations, delays, service failures, overbookings, or operational errors.
4.4 Users are responsible for honoring confirmed reservations.
5. Automation and System Reliance
5.1 Cue uses automated systems and structured workflows to process reservation data.
5.2 Users acknowledge that automated systems may experience delays, errors, or technical limitations.
5.3 Cue does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free system performance.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Submit fraudulent or misleading information
Abuse, harass, or threaten Partner staff
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform
Bypass technical safeguards
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Cue reserves the right to take technical, legal, or enforcement action where necessary.
7. Third-Party Relationships
7.1 All services provided at restaurant or venue premises are solely the responsibility of the Partner.
7.2 Cue is not responsible for food quality, safety, pricing disputes, personal injury, property damage, or customer experience.
7.3 Any disputes between Users and Partners must be resolved directly between those parties.
8. Platform Availability
8.1 Cue may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at its discretion.
8.2 Cue may perform maintenance, upgrades, or security updates without prior notice.
8.3 Cue is not liable for temporary or permanent service interruptions.
9. Fees and Future Payments
9.1 Cue may introduce paid features, service fees, deposits, or payment processing functionality.
9.2 If payments are introduced, Users authorize Cue or designated processors to process charges.
9.3 All financial processing will comply with applicable Jordanian regulations and internationally recognized security standards.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All Platform software, design, infrastructure, branding, logos, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Cue.
10.2 No rights or licenses are granted except limited, non-transferable use of the Platform.
10.3 Unauthorized copying, reproduction, scraping, data extraction, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Cue processes personal data in accordance with the Jordan Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data protection standards.
11.2 Cue may share limited necessary information with Partners to fulfill reservations.
11.3 Cue implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.4 Cue does not sell personal data.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Cue makes no warranties regarding:
Availability
Reliability
Accuracy of third-party information
Suitability for specific purposes
Continuous, uninterrupted performance
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
13.1 Cue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
13.2 Cue shall not be liable for losses related to third-party conduct, reservation outcomes, service quality, cancellations, or User misuse.
13.3 Cue’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to Cue in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Cue harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the Platform
Disputes with Partners
Submission of inaccurate or unlawful information
15. Force Majeure
Cue shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
16. Termination
16.1 Cue may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for violations or risk to Platform integrity.
16.2 Upon termination, Users may lose access to stored data and reservation history.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
17.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
17.3 Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution prior to litigation.
18. Amendments
Cue reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
